Protective Cover for Laser Engraver

I believe it is a must if we operate the laser engraver in a room. It makes easer the fumes and odors extraction

It contains the smoke well enough if it is perfectly level and sealed to your table.

My biggest issue is I wanted it for eye protection, I have the machine covered nearby me not looking at it and I noticed my eyes would still get sore even though the cover and laser cover are both on and I am not looking in its direction. Unsure if the blue light is escaping through the cover and is reflecting off something in the room and back at me.

I've resulted to covering the cover in boards to help mitigate the issue slightly as I do like to use my computer while the machine is working.

Does not work well at all. The fan is low and all the smoke seems to rise up and out before the draft even touches it.
