Fast and good price

I'm happy with my first laser engraving machine, the Falcon Pro 10w.
Only concern, I seem to have received the wrong risers with my creative kit. I was told someone from customer service would reach out to me about this but it did not happened.
Other than that, I can't wait to see how far this tool will bring me.

Support ??? Falcon Pro 10W works good

The Micro SD or TF Card supplied with the unit was un-usable, none of my computers could read it and the Falcon Pro 10W did not respond to it when connected, so I was not able to get things working right away. Sent message to support but have not received reply. Figured out Lightburn and was able to get machine working of which I am pleased to say works good. A little over one week after my purchase the price dropped $170.00 . Sent another message requesting a return but haven't received a message back, that was a week ago.
