Received the laser, did not work properly out of the box. Would not home and crashed into the sides. Reached out to return and was ghosted for multiple days. Buy another brand. Creality customer support is awful.

In the past 2 weeks I have made several purchases on the Creality Canada web site. All have been easy to navigate, sufficient information for an informed decision and quick.

I was kept up to date on shipping and provided a tracking number. The products arrived via couruer very quickly, I was prepared for a week long wait and all my different purchases arrived within a couple days.

I have been so pleased with the service, shipping and delivery timing that today I made ANOTHER purchase from Creality.

Great engraver! Although there was some delay in delivery, the Creality Falcon was worth the wait. It is very precise, easy to set up, and delivers excellent results. Highly recommended for its quality and performance!
