Creality Falcon Pro 10W Laser Engraver

Used it for a short period. Works great. Looking for new ideas daily.

Home function in LaserGRBL and in Lightburn does the same thing.. moves to the upper right corner where the laser module repeatedly slams into the frame grinding gear on belt. The emergency stop button works though. Can't reach support by phone day or night, Feels like a heavy and sturdy machine, beefy air pump so I look forward to figuring out how to get it working properly.

After 14 days of testing the Creality Falcon in my workshop, I’m sharing a candid review based on real-world use. Despite multiple configuration attempts and troubleshooting sessions, several technical issues remain unresolved.

Persistent Issues:

• Unreliable homing: The origin positioning is inconsistent, often resulting in misalignment and errors.
• Excessive vibrations: Even at low speeds, the machine vibrates noticeably, which compromises engraving and cutting quality.
• Imprecise shapes: Circles are never truly round, making precision work difficult or impossible.
• Frequent lockups: The homing and vibration issues regularly trigger alarms, causing the machine to halt and block further operations.

Troubleshooting Attempts:

I’ve tested various LightBurn configurations, adjusted speed and acceleration settings, checked belts, rails, and sensors, and even tried firmware updates. None of these efforts have resolved the core problems.

Final Thoughts:

After two weeks of intensive use, I cannot recommend the Creality Falcon for professional or educational applications. While the machine shows potential, its instability and unpredictable behavior make it unsuitable for precision projects. I sincerely hope Creality addresses these issues with hardware or firmware updates — because in its current state, the Falcon limits rather than empowers creative work.
